Ball Valves – 3/8″ Inline is suitable for all applications using 3/8 inch tubing. Ideally to place the inline before fridge filters so you don’t need to turn off the mains water. Makes switching filters and maintenance super easier when you can turn off the mains water.

• Used in a full open or fully closed position.
• Easily attached and released. Even better as you won’t need for tools.

Simply depress the small collar and tubing can be easily removed. Without the collar depressed, you can not remove the tubing.

What is a Ball valve?

A ball valve is a form of quarter-turn valve which uses a hollow, perforated and pivoting ball to control flow through it. It is open when the ball’s hole is in line with the flow. Closed when it is pivoted 90-degrees by the valve handle. The handle lies flat in alignment with the flow when open, and is perpendicular to it when closed, making for easy visual confirmation of the valve’s status. The shut position 1/4 turn could be in either CW or CCW direction. (S = SHUT, O = OPEN)
