BB PolySediment Filter 20micron 20″ x 4.5″
These High Performance sediment cartridges are constructed from Polypropylene which is spun and melted simultaneously.
This technique means there is no center core to restrict filter performance.
These Sediment filters are compatible with most liquids. Sediment filters are an effective, dependable, low cost solution to removing suspended matter such as silt, rust, sand, algae, sediment, scale particles, dirt and cloudiness from water. What is a Micron?
A micron is short for micrometer or one millionth of a meter. Now that’s a very tiny unit of measure!
The micron rating refers to the distance between pieces of filter media.
This determines the size of particles that the filter will allow to pass through.
In other words the lower the micron level of a filter, the more contaminants it can catch and most importantly, purify from your water..
