Poly Phosphate filter 10″x2.5″
For use before hot water systems and solar panels.
These gel filled balls slow release Poly Orthophosphate
In water treatment general orthophosphate and polyphosphate are used. They may be used either alone or mixed together to stabilize water quality and minimize corrosion in drinking water systems. Polyphosphate-type chemicals react with soluble metals (Fe, Mn, Ca, Mg, etc.) by sequestering (binding) the metals to maintain their solubility in water.
Poly Phosphate filter 10″x2.5″ minimises the risk of:
- Chlorine demand
- Foul taste/odor
- Other water quality issues
Above all, a micron is short for micrometer or one millionth of a meter. Now that’s a very tiny unit of measure!
The micron rating refers to the distance between pieces of filter media.
This determines the size of particles that the filter will allow to pass through.
In other words the lower the micron level of a filter, the more contaminants it can catch and purify from your water..
In short, you get clean fresh pure drinkable water.
